Sumner Sewing School for Youth
The Sumner summer sewing school is one week long with a student style show held on Friday for family and friends to attend. Machines and sewing tools are provided. Students are charged a nominal materials fee. Attendance ranges from 10-15 students per session. Therefore, our goal is to have the same number of CTA teachers. CTA sign-up for teachers takes place at the CTA meetings in late spring.
Steilacoom has sewing schools that are held during winter and spring conference weeks.
